2. What data we collect
We collect personal data when you:
- Submit a charter enquiry through our contact form: name, email address, phone number, preferred destination, dates, number of guests and cabins, yacht and skipper preference, budget range, your message, and consent to be contacted.
- Use our Boat Concierge chat assistant: name, email, phone, and the answers you give in the chat (island, dates, boat type, group size, budget), plus your browser language and the page you were on.
- Browse the site: standard technical data collected via cookies (see Section 5).
3. Why we process your data and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide charter quotes and information — legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep a record of enquiries in our CRM system so we can follow up — legal basis: consent.
- To understand how visitors use the site (Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager) — legal basis: consent, collected only after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner.
4. Who sees your data
Your enquiry data is stored in our own CRM (FluentCRM), hosted on our website’s server, and is used only by Marine Marketing S.L. and any charter partner you ask us to put you in touch with. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) under Google’s standard data processing terms. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies for essential site function, and — only with your consent — for preferences, statistics and marketing purposes, managed through our consent banner. 6. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and CRM data for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@marinemarketinginternational.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We may update this policy as the site or applicable law changes. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the latest version.
